Corporate Event, Family Events, Birthday’s, Church Events, Bridal/ Baby Showers

All Packages Include:
Initial tour and addition meeting to discuss set-up plans with venue owner.
Exclusive use of the venue the day of the event for up to 10 hours. Additional hours will be $100 per hour beyond 10 consecutive hours of rental. The community enforces at 9:00 noise ordinance therefore entertainment beyond 9:00 must follow the ordinance. A four-hour window will be provided the day before event for set up and rehearsal.
Ample lawn space for events; approximately 5 acres total.
Venue will dispose of bagged garbage; however, garbage must be cleaned from the grounds, including parking area, and placed in garbage bags by the client.
Newly renovated outdoor restroom.
Included in the venue rental at no additional charge but must be placed in area of venue being used and returned to the original storage location by the client: 14 6-foot tables, 100 white folding chairs, arch, 4 benches, 2 columns, 2 easels, limited wedding décor including signage, 4 10 × 10 commercial pop-up white tents. Chairs above the total of 100 will need to be provided by the client. A shed barn is offered during inclement weather if needed.
Wedding director available if needed, free of charge.
Client Responsibilities:
Coordinator of event should confirm arrival time to meet vendors at venue on the day of the event.
Caterers and their staff will manage food service and needs. There is no access to an inside kitchen.
Cold water and sink are supplied on the venue site.Flowers, decorations, and other items needed in addition to venue grounds will be provided by the client.
If alcoholic (beer and wine only) beverages are served, this is the sole responsibility of the client and venue contract will need to be signed. Only water is allowed in the bride and groom dressing room.
Photographer and or/videographer booked by the client.
Bride and groom dressing rooms are available for bride and groom only. Attendants, family, and other guests will need to arrive ready for the event. Bride and groom may have one additional person in dressing rooms to assist with dressing, hair, and/or make -up. The event photographer will be allowed in the dressing rooms.
No alcohol in owner's home or dressing rooms at any time. Only water is allowed.
Event music/entertainment will comply with the 9:00 noise ordinance.
*Client shall pay a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee to reserve the date and time of the event specified in the agreement. This deposit goes towards your booking price! The deposit is due and payable upon signing agreement. The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to the event date. The client is responsible for any damages to the venue property. A refundable damage deposit is due when final balance is paid and will be returned the day following the event.
